Breast self-massage offers a technique to let go of this tension and get in touch with yourself. Then, generate a comfortable, private place where you can lean back: in a heated bath or propped up with cushions in bed. (Protect bed sheets and clothing from oil stains. ) Arrange your own self there, bare-breasted, with your infused herbal oils close at hand.
